- Hisab Book Pro (hisab.thesmartqafla.com) — accounting and invoicing software for small and medium businesses. It stores the business records you enter: your account details, your company profile, and the customers, suppliers, products, invoices and payments you record. This data belongs to you, is visible only to you and the team members you invite, and is never sold or shared with third parties.
- Qafla CRM — used to manage client relationships. Access is provided to clients individually on request.
9. Signing In With Facebook
Hisab Book Pro offers “Continue with Facebook” as an optional alternative to creating an account with an email address and password. Using it is never required — email and password signup remains available, and you can set a password at any time and stop using Facebook Login without losing your data.
When you choose to sign in with Facebook, we ask Facebook for two permissions only: public_profile and email. We request no other Facebook permissions. Specifically, we do not request or receive your friends list, gender, date of birth, likes, posts, photos, or access to any Page or ad account.
From those permissions we receive and store four items, and nothing more:
- Your Facebook app-scoped user ID (an identifier unique to our app, not your public Facebook ID)
- Your email address
- Your first name
- Your last name
These are used solely to create your Hisab Book Pro account, to recognise you when you return, and to send you account and security notices. We do not post anything to Facebook on your behalf, we do not read your Facebook content, and we do not use this information for advertising or share it with any third party.
The access token Facebook issues when you sign in is short-lived and is never stored. Our server verifies it with Facebook, reads the four items above once, and discards it. Verification includes confirming that the token was issued for our own application, so a token obtained elsewhere cannot be used to sign in as you.
You can disconnect Hisab Book Pro from your Facebook account at any time from Facebook’s own Settings → Apps and Websites. To have the data we hold deleted, see our Data Deletion Request page; we process valid requests within 48 hours.
10. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
